Stuck from leaving a planet

Since I updated Out There to version 1.04 I occasionally visit a planet(so far its only happened on rocky in orbit and gas giants) and the buttons in the lower left hand corner for traveling from star to star, within the solar system, and managing cargo all disappear. This makes it so I can't travel at all or mess with my inventory. The Menu button and the usual Planet options(ie. Scan, Probe, Land, etc) are still visible and functional. Quitting and then continuing foxes it and resets me back to when I first arrive at the solar system I was stuck in. Not a game breaking bug but irksome.
