Star map stops zooming/scrolling

Pretty intermittant but extremely gamebreaking, a couple times I've had the star map lock up and stop scrolling, and I could only zoom in, not out. After being sufficiently zoomed in, it's no longer possible to click other stars and you're effectively trapped. Dangerously, the map's state seems to be saved so even if you exit and continue you're stuck. I've had this manifest 3 times now, twice I just end up so zoomed in on the star nothing is clickable, once I was zoomed out a bit but no stars were within the visible range so I was still stuck.
Beta 2, running Windows 8.1 x64 intel i4770k processor, using a standard mouse.

Did you loose your telescope? I know in the standard edition on my phone that when I loose the telescope I cannot scroll and that is a problem with loosing the telescope tech.

I confirm. It's the same for me, it happens when loosing the telescope.
Detail : when clicking on an always visible star, the camera moves one step down. If the star is unselected by accident then reselected, on another star always visible, the camera keep moving down another time. When all stars are all camera, you better not unselected the last one you picked.

Another scrolling problem sometimes happening, is to not being able to move the camera right and left on the map, using mouse or keyboard either.

With or without telescope, I don't know, but I think I rebuilt one on the ship I just borrowed. Since the beta game ended one move further and I didn't thought to check directly. I was too preoccupied terraforming my three first planets !! ^^
You may end the beta game by the same score screen as when a player die, to enable any needed checking when not thinking to do it before forced end.

Ps : Since I had the "destiny event" and end of this beta party one turn later, I thought it may be related. Or is there some "frontier" which we are not being authorized to see further at this time of the game or else ?

Also, looks like generally, more graphics problems occurs when playing in windowed mode.
