Hi. I have a question. Should the words (i learn through campaign) be remembered in another game? Mine not (every game i learn f.e. omega). I am not sure. Thank You.

Alien languages are generated randomly at every game. So no, you're not supposed to remember them, and you can't either take out-game notes.
