Enemy alien is too annoying

For you to know, i love this game.

But, i found it's very annoying after the scene we meet aliens that attack my ship.
They destroy the engine, stole fuel, ferrum, oxygen even omega. I think it's not fair. I played it many times but after the scene, i gave up. I stuck in planet and cant jump to other planet.
I haven't completed the game!

Or maybe i play the game with wrong way?
