When refilling stacks it is possible to back out of screen, losing the resource

It is possible to back out of the ship screen while refilling a large stack of resources by quickly clicking on the star system or the galaxy screen. I have had it happen to me with Oxygen and Hull, not sure if it is possible with Fuel. You lose all of the resource stack from your inventory if this happens and the refill stops where it was when you backed out.
