Why Can't I Craft Technologies? Empty Why Can't I Craft Technologies?

Hi Everyone,

I have the required resources, but the technologies menu won't give me the option to actually craft anything. What am I missing?

EDIT: I finally figured out that I have to press on an empty cargo spot and not the technologies menu.
