I just finished the game on all endings with one mystery left to solve...

So I've gone to all three endings and succeeded on all of them but there is something out there among the stars that pops up every now and then which is a mystery to me, there is a event which pops up with the tag line "labyrinth" I'm not sure if it's a planet or a station but when ever I encounter it, I'm told I'm not equipped to deal with this encounter... But doesn't tell me what equipment I need to interact with it, anyone have any insight into this?

I noticed the same message. Don't know what to do either.
