Option to access Cargo during stock giving events

Hi there,

Just got the Beta and ran a few games. During some random in-space events, or when you encounter alien life forms, you can receive some items (omega, metal, etc...). But if your cargo is full, the items are lost and you get no chance to swap them with your current items. So please add an option after these events to browse through cargo and dispatch some items, same way as in the mining screen.

En français : quand on reçoit un cadeau des extra-terrestres ou durant certains évènements dans l'espace, si la soute est pleine, il n'y a pas d'option pour libérer de l'espace, et les items sont donc perdus. Il faudrait une interface similaire à celle des sondes, qui permet d'échanger des éléments en stock contre les nouveaux.
