Bug? - Offered Omega by aliens, but had full cargo.

I landed on a planet with no space in my ship (just picked up a sweet new ship) and I was offered some Omega by the aliens there. As I had no room the dialogue just dropped back to the planet screen. I think it would be great if the game allowed you to swap with existing items in cargo, perhaps even dismantle equipment to clear space if you really wanted to.

Of course you might want this to just be part of ship management.
