technology name too long and bug with encountering life

Hi!

I don't know if they are bugs but I think it's better to report them.
1/ The names of some technology are too long :

There may be other but I don't find them.

2/ On some garden planet, I can encounter life again and again providing that I always approve or desapprove. So my dictionary is full in one planet.
I'm on iPhone 4 IOS 7 with the french game.

P.S. : it's a great game
