Can't view star map

Ok can you make it so you can pan the star map out to your max jump range with out the telescope? Maybe a pinch and zoom or a option to cycle through the stars in range?

I gained the two jump technologies and now I have a major boost my jump( about two screens worth) but I can't move the map around to see the stars to actually land on them I'm stuck in trying to reach the red ending, I'm just past and above the green ending.

You can slide the star map in the range of your Telescope.

So upgrading it is a vital point if you want to plan your road.

Just seams odd to me that you can jump to a star if you can touch it but if it's in range and you can't touch it your fubar.

First jump I "forgot" the telescope tech. I think the rng hates me lol on my 30+ play through and have yet to keep my telescope tech =/
