Using omega in building stuff
What if omega could be used not only as a universal duct tape for repair, but for creating modules as well?
As 1:1 replacement - if you need 6 Th but you have only 3 Th, you can spend 3 omegas and get that module built.
As omega is usually an ultravaluable resource, this is not an eady mode.
On the contrary, it adds a difficult choice - does the player really want to spend four omegas, or maybe it's better to risk the ship by exploring around?
